Lammerlaw is a New Zealand whisky brand created by Wilson’s Distillers and is named for the Lammerlaw mountains, source of the water used in the distillation. 

Whisky distilling in New Zealand dates back to the early 1830s when Scottish settlers arrived in the country. The whisky itself was distilled at Willowbank Distillery, once the most southerly distillery in the world.
