Refund policy

This Returns Policy is crafted in accordance with UK consumer law, particularly considering the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, pertinent to distance selling.   1. Right to Cancel: You possess the legal entitlement to cancel your order within 14 calendar days without providing any reason. The cancellation timeframe concludes 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right to cancel, you are required to inform us of your decision to cancel this contract through a definitive statement (e.g., a letter dispatched by post or email).

  2. Effects of Cancellation: Upon cancelling this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, excluding the costs of delivery. We may deduct from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, should the loss result from unnecessary handling by you.

  3. Return Shipping Costs & Insurance: You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, including any shipping insurance or protection you may have opted for. It is incumbent upon you to ensure that the items are returned in the same condition as they were upon receipt. This implies that goods must be returned in their original packaging, unblemished, with all seals and labels intact.

  4. Timing of Reimbursement: The reimbursement will be executed without undue delay, and no later than:

    • 14 days following the day we receive the returned goods, or
    • (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence of having returned the goods, or
    • If no goods were supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

  5. Method of Reimbursement: The reimbursement will be processed using the same means of payment as you employed for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a consequence of the reimbursement.

  6. Return of Goods: To return your product, you should dispatch your product to our return address, which will be provided upon request. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or acquiring shipping insurance for items of substantial value, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
