How We Ship

All bottles are shipped within inflatable AirSac jackets, placed inside a box, and then this box is placed in a further box to ensure your bottles arrive safe and sound no matter where you are in the world.

Secure packaging

Our bottles are carefully packed and shipped using specialist packing materials ensuring that your purchases get to you safely. Shipping insurance is also available to purchase.

Full Value Insurance

Shipping protection is available at checkout to cover against loss in transit, damage explicitly caused by transit and force majeure events.

Worldwide Shipping

We offer shipping to multiple destinations in Europe, Asia, and The Americas. If your destination is not listed at checkout, contact the team for a custom shipping quote.

Shipping on bottles is free.

However, please note that there may be a small additional charge for larger orders (three or more bottles) to Alaska and Hawaii.

USA - UPS

Europe and Hong Kong - DHL

Please be aware that depending on the destination country and the details of your order, you may need to pay local taxes and duties upon receipt.

Please ensure that you have conducted your own research and that you are satisfied with the import tax rate prior to purchase.

Shipping Protection is available to purchase at checkout and it is something that we strongly recommend customers opt for.

Shipping protection covers loss in transit, damage explicitly caused by transit and force majeure events.

Insurance during transit does not cover capsule failure, cork failure or leakage. There is a known weakness in transit for bottles with wax seals. Bottles of this type are sent at the buyer’s own risk.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your item.

If you intend to return an item please contact us immediately by emailing whisky@marklittler.com and state:

– Why you are returning the item.

– Where you are based.

– What packaging/shipping/insurance you will have in place or if you would like us to arrange this (see below for costs).

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

If you choose to arrange to return an item yourself you must ensure your packaging is suitable. Ideally this should be equal to or in excess of the standard of packaging used in the original shipping. You are responsible for insurance of the bottle when shipping it back to us, proof of postage must be obtained.

Fully insured, UK return shipping and suitable packaging can be arranged for £20. For international returns please contact us for a quote.

Once the item is received the item will be fully inspected by our experts and any discrepancies will result in the item being returned to you (at your cost) and the refund being denied.

Once the item’s condition has been verified, refunds will be sent via BACS to the account from which we received the original payment. Other accounts cannot be credited.
