Shipping Policy

Your bottles will be shipped with DHL Express (UK and Europe) and UPS Age Verified Delivery (USA).

We are pleased to offer free shipping services to the following regions:

Europe

We can ship to the following European countries:

We can ship to all states with the exception of:

Asia

We can ship to Hong Kong only.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

Mark Littler LTD is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they remain your responsibility as the customer.


SHIPPING ADDRESS ERRORS


Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping address details at the time of ordering. We cannot be held liable for any loss or delay resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address being provided.

In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost. We encourage all customers to double check their shipping details at the time of purchase to ensure successful delivery.


INSURANCE


Shipping Protection is available at checkout.

Shipping protection covers loss in transit, damage explicitly caused by transit and force
majeure events. Insurance during transit does not cover capsule failure, cork failure or leakage. There is a known weakness in transit for bottles with wax seals. Bottles of this type are sent at the buyer’s own risk.


REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your item.

If you intend to return an item please contact us immediately by emailing whisky@marklittler.com and state:

  • Why you are returning the item.
  • Where you are based.
  • What packaging/shipping/insurance you will have in place or if you would like us to arrange this at your cost.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. If you choose to arrange to return an item yourself you must ensure your packaging is suitable. Ideally this should be equal to or in excess of the standard of packaging used in the original shipping. You are responsible for insurance of the bottle when shipping it back to us, proof of postage must be obtained.

Fully insured, UK return shipping and suitable packaging can be arranged for £20. For international returns please contact us for a quote.

Once the item is received the item will be fully inspected by our experts and any discrepancies will result in the item being returned to you (at your cost) and the refund being denied.

Once the item’s condition has been verified, refunds will be sent via BACS to the account from which we received the original payment. Other accounts cannot be credited.
