Linkwood Distillery
Linkwood distillery is located in Speyside, and was established in 1821. It has long been used in blends and has more recently been bottled as a single malt under the watchful eye of Diageo. Old & rare Linkwood whiskies have also been bottled by the likes of Gordon & Macphail.
First Cask
First Cask is a series of specially selected single malt whiskies that were bottled as single cask, cask strength bottlings by Direct Wines.
First Cask is a generally undervalued series, with some fine examples of well-aged whiskies from renowned distilleries going for relatively low prices compared to similar ages and vintages from other independent bottlers or official releases.
