    A small highland distillery which is run by a small family run whisky company, Angus Dundee Distillers. When they purchased the distillery in 2003, a key part of their aims was to reinstate some older functioning parts of the distillery. The original water wheel that sits in the middle of the distillery was rebuilt and put back into working condition, it now powers the distillery with a percentage of its electricity. Everything about Glencadam is understated and rather old school, but that isn’t a bad thing, especially given the success of the brand in the last decade or so.
