    Glen Grant is currently under the control of The Campari Group, of which a 5YO is bottled and sold in Italy to critically high acclaim. This brings us onto a historical circle when we attribute the success of single malt whisky around the world and how Glen Grant, with the assistance of Gordon & Macphail, along with some other distilleries helped establish a demand throughout the early to mid-1960’s through to the goliath of an industry that it has become today. George Urquhart of Gordon & Macphail saw the possibilities with Glen Grant and whisky, launched the Connoisseurs Choice range, but with a focus on older single malts. Glen Grant to this today provides the world with a standard 5YO for the Italian market, through to recent releases of 72YO & 67YO.
